Our second semester Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place in the afternoon and evening of Thursday, April 18th, 2024. We are offering time slots for afternoon phone appointments and evening slots for in-person conferences at our school. We ask that you select the time blocks which correspond to the type of meeting you wish to participate in. Both afternoon and evening require an online booking.

The time blocks for April 18th, are as follows:

1:30-3:30pm – Phone Interviews – Teachers will call parents/guardians at selected times
5:00-7:00 pm – In-Person Interviews at MHS.

Both In-Person and Phone interviews are scheduled for five (5) minutes.

For those selecting Phone Interviews – You can expect a call at the time you selected to the number you provided when signing up. The caller ID may read “Unknown”, “Private”, “Millwood High School” or show up as an out of area long distance number depending on the medium being used by the teacher. In-Person interviews are NOT possible during these blocks.

For those selecting In-Person Interviews – These will take place at Millwood High School in classrooms (and other selected areas). Phone interviews are NOT possible during these blocks.

We will be using the PTCFast.com website to schedule appointments.The link will go active Friday April 12th at 4:00pm and remain active until 4:00pm Wednesday April 17.

When signing-up for appointments, we encourage you to leave 5-10 minutes (or more) between teachers.
